Queue · Proofs · Customer status · Shopify made-to-order
Every item tells the customer where it is.
Every open line item becomes a production job, carrying what the customer typed. The proof is approved before you cut. The stage and the expected date then show under that item on their Shopify order page — one app instead of three.

How it works
Under ten minutes to set up. Then the queue runs the morning.
Every open line item becomes a job with the product, quantity, what the customer typed, and a due date from your lead times.
A preset for engraving, embroidery, print, jewellery or ceramics. "Engraving text" becomes text, "Font" becomes font, using values from your real orders.
Upload a proof or let the app render a text proof. The customer approves from a link. Identical work prints as one run sheet with a QR per piece.
See the status block on one of your own orders first. Nothing is customer-facing until you switch it on.
What customers see
A status under each item, on the page they already open.
The Shopify order status page, in your store's theme, straight from the confirmation email. No separate tracking site.
The order timeline
Your stages in the customer's words, the current one marked, expected-by from the slowest item.
As typed
The personalisation exactly as entered, with "request a change" open until you start.
Approve in place
When a proof is waiting, approve or request changes right in the block. Ten minutes to change your mind.

Your theme, your words
The block inherits your checkout branding. Every sentence is yours to edit.
Expected, not promised
Dates come from your lead times and closure calendar. Change one and the customer is told, with the reason.
One email per order
When several items move, the customer gets one message listing them, sent in your name.
Inside Shopify
The queue: what to make, what is stuck.
Five counts on top. Under them, every job with the personalisation as typed, the stage, the proof state and the due date. "Ready to produce" is derived: artwork present and proof approved. Select six, print one run sheet.
Lives in your Shopify admin. No separate login.

Why it can be trusted
The status is a fact about the work.
A job is "ready to produce" when the artwork is there and the proof is approved or waived. Nobody sets it by hand, so it is never stale.
Who approved which version, when, from which link. Fulfilment can be held until then, shown on the Shopify order as "held for proof approval".
Every stage change writes a tag and an order metafield, so Flow, saved views and your other apps see it too.
Deliberately not in the box
The queue, the proof, the status. That is the job.
- No materials or inventory
- No quoting or invoices
- No POS or draft orders
- No SMS
- No multi-store
It reads your orders, tracks the making, and tells the customer. Nothing it says is guaranteed; everything is expected, and explained when it changes.

Questions merchants ask
Do customers need an account to see the status?
No. The block appears on the order status page they reach from the confirmation email, without signing in. Shopify keeps that link working for about two weeks, in up to five different browsers; after that Shopify asks them to sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, and the block is there once they have. A hosted status page behind a signed link and a lookup form (order number and email) cover everyone else.
What if a customer never approves the proof?
Reminders go out on your schedule. You can also waive the proof on that job, or switch on auto-approve after a set number of days. Auto-approve is disclosed to the customer, in the proof email and on the approval page.
Can I keep my tags and Flow automations?
Yes. Every stage change writes a tag and an order metafield, so Flow rules, saved views and your other apps see it. A tag can set a stage the other way.
What happens above 25 jobs on Free?
The 26th job is held, not lost. Upgrade, or finish a job, and it joins the queue. Jobs that are done or cancelled stop counting the moment they are.
